The EVO® Cooling Sweatband for Evolution® Safety Helmets is powered by HyperKewl™ PLUS evaporative cooling material. A unique fabric that absorbs and slowly releases water through evaporation, thereby protecting the wearer against heat stress for up to 10 hours. This Cooling Sweatband is compatible with all Evolution® Safety Helmets.

How to use the Evolution® Safety Helmet Cooling Sweatband:

1. Soak the sweatband in clean water for 1-2 minutes, allowing the HyperKewl™ PLUS material to absorb liquid and activate.
2. Wipe excess water from the sweatband fabric before fitting.
3. Fit the helmet harness using 6 easy attachment points. *
4. Wear for up to 10 hours of cooling action.
5. To reactivate simply remove the sweatband, soak it again, and re-fit to the helmet.
6. Machine washable at 60°C to keep the sweatband clean and ready for reuse.
