Understanding Restraint vs Fall Arrest PFPE. How Far You Will Fall! When working at height using PFPE commonly we focus on 2 different types, restraint and fall arrest. In this short webcast we will be discussing the differences between the two and how different scenarios require certain types including when you may even need both as options. We will look at different types of lanyards to help give a better understanding on fall clearance as to why certain lanyards can’t be used in certain situations to hopefully make you feel more comfortable with your working at height solutions.
