How do I place an order with JSP?

Options for ordering online or offline with an existing account

To place an order with JSP, you must already have an active JSP account. Once you have this, you can choose to order either online or offline, depending on your preference.

Option 1: Ordering online
If you would like to place orders online, you’ll first need to request access to JSP’s online ordering system. You can do this by completing the form on our sign-up page: https://www.jspsafety.com/contentpage/signup

Please note: You must already have a live JSP account before requesting online ordering access.

Option 2: Ordering offline
You can place offline orders by submitting a purchase order to: orders@jspsafety.com

Your purchase order must include the following details:
• A valid Purchase Order reference
• Full delivery address (must be a business email address)
• Delivery contact name and phone number
• Full JSP part code, pricing, and quantities for each item
 

We do not accept orders by phone

Please note that JSP does not accept orders placed over the phone. All orders must be submitted either through our online ordering system or by email with a valid purchase order.

  • All orders must include detailed delivery and order information
